BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Choose Beauty NY, our policies are in place to ensure fairness, protect appointment availability, and provide the highest level of service to all clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked online through our website. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.
No charges are made at the time of booking. Your card is securely stored on file and will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total.
Appointments that are not canceled and are missed entirely will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
This fee will be charged to the card on file.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are subject to a 100% no-show fee, charged to the card on file.
Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or require full prepayment for future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show, at which point the applicable 100% no-show fee will apply.
Card on File Authorization
By booking an appointment with Choose Beauty NY, you authorize us to securely store your payment method and charge the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows in accordance with these policies.
Choose Beauty NY does not store or have access to your full card details. All payment information is processed securely through our booking platform.
Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit. If a deposit is required, this will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the service total unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. If you have concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we may address the issue appropriately.
Right to Refuse Service
Choose Beauty NY reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these policies or behaves in a disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive manner.
