It started when I was seven years old, cutting my Barbie's hair in my bedroom in Haiti — not knowing that little girl was already building something.

I grew up between two worlds. Haiti gave me my roots. Queens gave my edge. And everything in between gave me a perspective I bring into every single appointment.

I trained at Vidal Sassoon — one of the most rigorous programs in the world — because I didn't want to just do hair. I wanted to understand it. The geometry of it. The architecture. Why a cut works with someone's face, their texture, their life — not just their mood that day.

After years of working for other people, I built Choose Beauty NY from the ground up. Not because I wanted to own a business — but because I had a vision for what this experience could feel like for a woman who needed it.

I'm a mother of two teenagers. I know what it means to give everything you have and still show up the next day. I know what it means to finally sit down and let somebody take care of you for an hour.

That's what I want for every woman in my chair.

I'm not just doing your hair. I'm giving you your moment back.

My job is to help you get there.

I specialize in hair and makeup — but what I'm really doing is listening. To what you want, what you need, and sometimes what you haven't been able to say out loud yet. Every client is different. Every look I create starts with you, not a trend.

Whether you're getting ready for the biggest night of your life or just investing in yourself on a regular Tuesday — I want you to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and completely seen.
